1、Instrument description
TOM610 is an instrument for measuring static resistance, with the following functions:
1、Static resistance test: Test the point-to-point resistance, surface resistance, volume resistance, and grounding resistance of materials. This function is used to evaluate the static dissipation performance of materials.
2、Breakdown test: Test the breakdown resistance of materials and the 1000VDC withstand voltage test. This function is used to evaluate the insulation performance of materials and can also analyze the resistance characteristics of materials.
3、Test the environmental temperature and humidity: The resistance characteristics of materials are related to the environmental temperature and humidity. The instrument records the environmental temperature and humidity for each test.
4、The instrument is operated through the touch screen. The test data is saved in the instrument's memory and can also be connected to a computer for remote operation and data output.

3、Instrument maintenance and calibration
When the instrument shows low battery, charge the instrument for 12 hours until fully charged. Avoid overcharging.
It is strictly prohibited to power on the instrument with the power adapter when there is no battery in the instrument.
Oil stains or moisture may cause a short - circuit in the instrument's testing jacks. Clean them regularly with isopropyl alcohol.
The instrument has a one - year warranty, excluding connecting wires, plumb electrodes and other accessories.
Do not disassemble the instrument casing. Once the casing is disassembled, the warranty right will be lost.
Properly protect the product serial number label on the instrument. If the label is lost or the serial number is worn out, the warranty right will be lost.
Damage caused by human factors or improper operation is not covered by the warranty.
Instrument calibration
Calibration environment requirements: temperature 23℃, relative humidity 30%~45%
The instrument needs to be exposed to the calibration environment for more than 1 hour to ensure that the instrument battery has sufficient power.
Clean the instrument's connecting wire jacks with isopropyl alcohol. Do not touch the jacks with your fingers after cleaning.
