■ Product introduction:
Plastic drainage boards (plastic drainage belts) come in various shapes such as wave-shaped and harmonica-shaped. The middle is an extruded plastic core board, which serves as the skeleton and passage of the drainage belt. Its cross-section is in a parallel cross shape. Both sides are wrapped with non-woven geotextiles as filter layers. The core belt provides support and drains the water seeping in from the filter layer upwards. It is an excellent vertical channel for soft foundation treatment of saturated cohesive soils such as silt, mucky soil, and filled soil, as well as miscellaneous fill using the preloading method, greatly shortening the consolidation time of soft soil.
■ Product features:
1. Good water filtration, smooth drainage, and guaranteed drainage effect.
2. The material has good strength and ductility, and can adapt to the deformation ability of the foundation without affecting the drainage performance.
3. The cross-sectional size of the drainage board is small, and the foundation is less disturbed during the process of driving the drainage board.
4. The board insertion construction can be carried out on the ultra-soft foundation.
5. The construction is fast and the construction period is short. Each board insertion machine can insert more than 5000m of boards per day, and the cost is lower than that of the sand bag well.
When using the drainage consolidation method to reinforce the deep soft soil foundation, considering from the technical and economic aspects, using the drainage board is almost an economical, effective and feasible method.

All soft foundation drainage treatment projects such as land reclamation projects, highway subgrade projects, railway subgrade projects, power plants, water conservancy projects, wharves, and airports.
