Resilient seated gate valve socket end for pvc pipe
1、 Application of soft seal gate valve: Installed in various types of water supply and drainage pipelines to control the flow and on/off of media.
2、 Characteristics:
1. Good sealing effect. Adopting a fully rubber valve plate, the valve body has no grooves, which is not easy to deposit mud and sand, and the seal is reliable.
2. Flexible operation. The valve stem adopts thrust bearings and "O" ring seals, reducing friction during switching and solving the problem of water leakage in the packing box.
3. Low resistance loss. The valve body is a straight through type, which reduces the degree of turbulence generated by the fluid.
4. Key components are made of special materials, which require minimal maintenance and have a long service life.
2.Main parts&material
Features
-Integral laminating: the valve adopts integral laminating, with good covering performance and geometric size, ensuring reliable sealing and long service life.
-Light weight: the valve body is made of ball iron, light weight and easy to install.
-Flat valve seat: the same flat valve seat design as the water pipe is adopted at the bottom to avoid sundry deposition and provide reliable sealing.
-Corrosion resistance: the inner cavity is coated with epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust. It can be used not only for drinking, but also for sewage system.
-Three "O" seal: the valve is sealed by three o-rings, with small frictional resistance, light switch and no water leakage.
-The pipe is allowed to stretch at the socket connection, which can compensate for the change of pipe length.At the same time, the material stress caused by thermal expansion and cold shrinkage can be eliminated to protect the pipe.
Operating principle
This series of soft-seal gate valves are mainly composed of valve body, cover, gate, stem, stem nut, handwheel and other parts.Turn the handwheel (or turn cap) to rotate the stem, and the stem nut drives the gate to move in a straight line perpendicular to the fluid in the body chamber to achieve the purpose of opening and closing.
