It is widely recognized that non-degradable products, through their prolonged persistence and accumulation in the environment, have caused significant pollution and damage to soil, water bodies, and entire ecosystems.In contrast, biodegradable products naturally decompose after disposal, significantly reducing their negative environmental impact.The development of biodegradable products increasingly favors the use of renewable resources or recycled materials.While reducing consumption of finite resources, biodegradable products also greatly promote sustainable resource utilization.This aligns closely with the globally advocated concept of sustainable development.Currently, numerous countries and regions have enacted legislation—such as restricting or banning non-biodegradable products—to advance the development and adoption of biodegradable alternatives.Against this backdrop, we have launched a naturally biodegradable desiccant product in step with contemporary trends.Mineral desiccants primarily utilize montmorillonite as their raw material—a natural mineral composed mainly of silicates, magnesium, and aluminum.The raw materials for mineral desiccants are widely present in sedimentary rock layers across the Earth. Compared to synthetic materials, montmorillonite is a natural resource.After disposal, mineral desiccants can directly return to nature. Furthermore, their extraction and production processes typically involve lower energy consumption and carbon emissions, significantly reducing environmental impact.For packaging materials, we selected kraft paper—free of fluorescent agents, unbleached, and entirely devoid of plastics or other non-biodegradable substances.Additionally, mineral desiccants employ a plastic-free heat-sealing process, enabling gradual decomposition in natural environments and eventual return to the soil.
