Glass beads are used in the rust removal of aerospace machinery, the zebra, no-stop line, double yellow line and the reflective device of traffic sign at night.
1. Chemical ingredients: SiO2 >67%,CaO>8.0%, MgO>2.5% Na2OAl2O3 0.5-2.0, Fe2O3 >0.15 other 2.0%
2. Specific gravity: 2.4-2.6g/cm3
Appearance: bright and clean, round, transparent and free of impurities, round rate: more than 85%
3. Magnetic particles should not exceed 0.1% of product weight
4. The bubble content in glass beads is less than 10%

Product features: glass beads are a small size of glass spheres, an inorganic non-metallic materials. It has light weight, low thermal conductivity, sound insulation, high dispersion, electrical insulation and thermal stability.
Light weight and large volume. It is a tenth of the density of traditional filler particles. Hollow glass beads are easily wetted and dispersed, and can be filled in most thermoplastic resins, such as polyester, epoxy and polyurethane. Glass beads are tiny round balls and have good fluidity in liquid resin, so the mold filling performance is excellent. The shrinkage of different parts is equal and the size is stable.
Has good insulation, sound insulation, insulation, low water absorption. Because it has the sound insulation, the heat insulation characteristic, is as each kind of heat preservation, the sound insulation product excellent filling agent. High specific resistance and very low water absorption make it widely used in cable insulation.
