. On-site installation
1) Measure whether the axis dimensions of each wall foundation meet the requirements of the drawings, and the axis dimensions should not deviate by plus or minus
25mm. The deviation of the wall foundation height measurement should not be greater than plus or minus 10mm.
2) Unload the materials first when they arrive at the site. Reasonably move the materials to each construction point. When moving, handle the materials with care
to avoid damage. After the materials are reasonably in place, check the shape and size of the steel components and the welding quality before construction.
3) According to the drawing dimensions, bury the chassis iron and fix it to the foundation with expansion screws.
4) Assemble the steel components. Assemble the square tube columns and steel beams one by one with screws. Tighten all the screws during assembly. Check whether the steel beams are vertical and in the same plane, and whether the component dimensions meet the specified requirements until fully satisfied.
5) Install the assembled steel components one by one. Prop up the first steel beam. After the steel beam is propped up, support it firmly with square tube columns. Adjust the first steel beam with a plumb line to make it perpendicular to the ground. Measure the accurate dimensions with a steel tape measure, then prop up the second one and install it in the same way. Then install the sheet beams and fix them to the main beams with screws. The remaining main beams and sheet beams can be installed in place according to the above steps, and check again whether the position of the steel beams is accurate. If there is a deviation, adjustment is still required.
6) After confirming that everything is correct, weld the horizontal supports and the cross frames inside the steel beams with angle irons, and then weld the square tube columns and the base iron. 7) After the installation of columns and beams is completed, install the floor slabs. The joints between floor slabs should be tightly sealed.
8) After the floor slabs are laid, start installing the wall panels. When installing the wall panels, reserve the positions for doors and windows. After all the exterior wall panels are installed, start installing the roof panels. After covering the roof panels, finish all the work on the roof, including installing the fascia boards, waterproofing treatment, and the roof cover, etc.
9) After the overall installation of the house is completed, install the doors and windows. Pay attention to the tightness when installing the windows, and there should be no gaps between the windows and the wall panels. After the window installation is completed, waterproofing treatment should be carried out. The doors should be installed flat and straight.
10) Install the floor slabs and handrails. The handrails should be straight and firmly connected to the railing columns. The stair steps are made of chequered steel plates or angle irons. The floor slabs should not shake. The stairs should be fixed to the gable wall. The handrail boards are fixed to the stairs with 75mm self - drilling self - tapping screws.
11) Notify the user to pour the upper floor. After the wires are installed, install the lower - layer PVC ceiling boards. After the ceiling boards are installed, notify the Party A to pour the lower floor.
12) Conduct a self - inspection after the project is completed.
13) Conduct an overall acceptance of the house together with the user.
6. Erection and reinforcement measures
1) For the upper layer of the second - floor mobile house. The 80×80 square tube columns reach the top. 4# angle irons (or 4×6 flat tubes) are used between the columns and fixed with screws (or by electric welding). From the top of the roof downwards, 125mm self - drilling self - tapping screws are used to fix the roof to the 4# angle irons (or 4×6 flat tubes).
2) Add 125mm self - drilling self - tapping screws to fix the balcony to the angle irons.
3) To prevent the snow load in winter, install a crossbeam in the middle of the mobile house using 4×6 flat tubes (or color - steel beams) to prevent the roof from being crushed by heavy snow. According to the user's requirements, anti - snow reinforcement is generally only considered for large open - plan rooms.
