. On-site installation
1) Measure whether the axial dimensions of each wall foundation meet the requirements of the drawings, and the axial dimension deviation should not exceed plus or minus
25mm. The height deviation of the wall foundation measured should not exceed plus or minus 10mm.
2) Unload the materials first when they arrive at the site, and reasonably move the materials to each construction point. When moving, handle them with care
to avoid material damage. After the materials are properly placed, check the overall dimensions and welding quality of the steel components before construction.
3) Bury the chassis irons according to the dimensions on the drawings, and fix them to the foundation with expansion screws.
4) Assemble the steel components. Assemble the square tube columns and steel beams one by one with screws. Tighten all the screws during assembly. Check whether the steel beams are vertical and in the same plane, and whether the component dimensions meet the specified requirements until fully satisfied.
5) Install the assembled steel components one by one. Prop up the first steel beam. After propping up the steel beam, support it firmly with square tube columns. Adjust the first steel beam with a plumb line to make it vertical to the ground. Measure the dimensions accurately with a steel tape measure, then prop up the second one. The installation method is the same as above. Then install the sheet beams and fix them to the main beams with screws. Install all the remaining main beams and sheet beams according to the above steps and check again whether the positions of the steel beams are accurate. If there is a deviation, adjustment is still required.
6) After confirming that there are no errors, weld the horizontal supports and the through frames inside the steel beams with angle irons, and then weld the square tube columns and the chassis irons. 7) After the installation of columns and beams is completed, install the floor slabs. The joints between floor slabs should be tight.
8) Start installing the wall panels after the floor slabs are laid. Reserve the positions for doors and windows when installing the wall panels. After the installation of all exterior walls is completed, start installing the roof panels. After covering the roof panels, finish all the work on the roof panels first, including installing the fascia boards, waterproofing treatment, and roof covers.
9) Install the doors and windows after the overall installation of the house is completed. Pay attention to making the installation of windows tight without gaps between the windows and the wall panels. Waterproofing treatment should be carried out after the installation of windows is completed. The installation of doors should be flat and straight.
10) Install the floor slabs and railings. The railings should be straight and firmly connected to the railing posts. The stair steps shall use checkered steel plates or angle irons. The floor slabs should not shake. The stairs shall be fixed to the gable wall, and the railing panels shall be fixed to the stairs with 75mm self-drilling self-tapping screws.
11) Notify the user to pour the upper floor. After installing the electrical wires, install the PVC ceiling panels on the lower floor. After hanging the ceiling panels, notify the Party A to pour the lower floor.
12) Conduct a self-inspection after the project is completed.
13) Conduct an overall acceptance of the house together with the user.
6. Erection and reinforcement measures
1) For the upper floor of the second - story mobile house, the 80×80 square tube columns shall reach the top. 4# angle irons (or 4×6 flat tubes) shall be used between the columns and fixed with screws (or by electric welding). From the top of the roof downwards, the roof shall be fixed to the 4# angle irons (or 4×6 flat tubes) with 125mm self-drilling self-tapping screws.
2) Add 125mm self-drilling self-tapping screws to fix the balcony to the angle irons.
3) To prevent the load of snow in winter, install crossbeams in the middle of the mobile house, using 4×6 flat tubes (or color steel beams) to prevent the roof from being crushed by heavy snow. According to the user's requirements, snow - resistance reinforcement is generally considered only for large open - plan rooms.
