SNREF Ladle nozzle filling compound sand is made of high quality imported chrome ore, refined quartz sand and high refractoriness material.
With good fluidity, fast flow, proper sintered layer thickness, anti-erosion and infiltration of molten steel.
Artesian open casting ladle rate reaches 98%, etc. reducing the labor intensity, reducing oxygen drainage, improving the quality of steel products, to ensure the smooth casting process.

The NFC (Nozzle Filling Compound), includes silicon stuffing sand, forsterite stuffing sand, high alumina stuffing sand, and chrome stuffing sand, among which chrome stuffing sand has the most favorable effect in application.

A: The requirements of refractories for ladle mainly include: 
 * high temperature resistance
 * thermal shock resistance
 * resistance to the erosion of the slag
 * high temperature with sufficient mechanical strength
 * the lining has a certain degree of expansion

Q:What are the reasons for the destruction of refractories for ladle?
A: The main causes of damage are as follows:
When the ladle transports high-temperature molten steel, the high-temperature molten steel and slag at about 1680ºC scour and erode it, especially in the slag line part, the scouring and erosion is more serious, and it is an important factor to decide the service life of the ladle.
LF and other extra-oven refining treatment on the unburnt brick damage is serious.

A: Different materials of slide plate bricks are applicable to different steel grades. For example,
