01.Description
Surge Anticipating Valve is indispensable for protecting pumps, pumping equipment and all applicable pipelines from dangerous pressure surges caused by rapid changes of flow velocity within a pipeline. When a power failure take place, the abrupt stopping the pump can cause dangerous surges in the system which could result in severe equipment damage. Power failure to a pump will usually result in a down surge in pressure, followed by an up surge in pressure. The surge control valve opens on the initial low pressure wave, diverting the returning high pressure wave from the system. In effect, the valve has anticipated the returning high pressure wave and is open to dissipate the damage causing surge. The valve will then close slowly without generating any shock.

07.Operating principle
Fluctuations when the pipeline pressure in normal circumstances, sampling valve tube after Y type filter to wave the upper valve diaphragm, a buffer holes due to the lower part of the diaphragm valve and valve body are interlinked, diaphragm valve at this time due to the fluctuation of pressure equal to there is no pressure difference and fluctuation valve close on lower part of the diaphragm spring force, when the sudden rise in pressure in pipe, rises high, lower part of high pressure pilot valve diaphragm pressure lifts suddenly, when the pressure rises to more than low pressure pilot valve spring pressure, high pressure pilot valve to open, will wave valve diaphragm upper water leakage, pressure fluctuation after the upper valve diaphragm pressure relief to the diaphragm valve spring force to overcome fluctuations, fluctuation valve open, high pressure pilot valve opens,Pressure water relief into the low-pressure guide valve, the low-pressure guide valve due to the spring force will open the low-pressure guide valve, further drain the pressure fluctuation valve diaphragm on the cavity of the water, so that the pressure fluctuation valve as soon as possible to open.When the water pressure in the pipeline falls, the water in the lower part of the high-pressure guide valve diaphragm is not enough to overcome the spring force on the low-pressure guide valve, the high-pressure guide valve closes, the low-pressure guide valve also closes, at this time the upper part of the fluctuation valve diaphragm is full of water, there is no pressure difference on the lower part of the fluctuation valve diaphragm, the fluctuation valve closes the fluctuation valve by the action of the spring force.Since the lower chamber is connected to the pressure in the valve body through a fixed hole, the closing of the valve is cushioned.
