1. Product Overview
The Marine Cast Steel Flange Bellows Globe Check Valve CB/T3946-2002 is a high-performance valve product designed specifically for systems such as ship steam, high-temperature water, high-temperature oil, vacuum, refrigeration, and freezing equipment. It uses bellows as the valve stem sealing element, featuring excellent sealing performance and long service life.
2. Product Features
Bellows Sealing: The bellows are made of high-quality austenitic stainless steel, with good plasticity, high elastic limit, tensile strength, and fatigue strength, as well as stable elastic performance, ensuring zero leakage of the valve.
Compact Structure: The overall structure of the valve is reasonably designed, compact and beautiful, facilitating installation and maintenance.
Wide Application: It is suitable for ship steam, high-temperature water, high-temperature oil, vacuum, refrigeration, and freezing equipment systems with a nominal pressure not higher than 2.5MPa and a design temperature of -300℃ - 250℃ (also said to be -29℃ - 425℃).
Safe and Reliable: The valve has stable and reliable performance, ensuring the safe operation of the ship's pipeline system.
3. Product Classification
According to the different flange connection sizes and sealing surfaces, the Marine Cast Steel Flange Bellows Globe Check Valve CB/T3946-2002 can be divided into four types: Type A, Type B, Type AS, and Type BS:
Type A: A straight-through globe check valve with flange connection sizes and sealing surfaces in accordance with GB/T 569.
Type B: A right-angle globe check valve with flange connection sizes and sealing surfaces in accordance with GB/T 569.
Type AS: A straight-through globe check valve with flange connection sizes and sealing surfaces in accordance with GB/T 2501.
Type BS: A right-angle globe check valve with flange connection sizes and sealing surfaces in accordance with GB/T 2501.
4. Product Application
The Marine Cast Steel Flange Bellows Globe Check Valve CB/T3946-2002 is widely used in industrial fields such as petrochemical, chemical fiber textile, plastic paper-making, power steel, printing and dyeing rubber, and natural gas. It has significant advantages especially in applications requiring high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance, and zero leakage.
