Perforated corrugated pipe
Perforated corrugated pipe is a new-generation permeable plastic pipe, crafted from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) blended with premium additives to form a corrugated structure. It is manufactured by punching holes in the corrugated grooves and wrapping the pipe exterior with punched geotextile for enhanced filtration. Classified by structure, it includes single-wall and double-wall perforated corrugated pipes.
A key advantage lies in its strip-shaped holes located in the corrugated valleys, which effectively solves the common issue of flat circular holes being prone to clogging and compromising drainage efficiency. To meet diverse drainage needs, the hole size ranges from 10MM*1MM to 30MM*3MM, with optional uniform distribution angles (360°, 270°, 180°, 90°, etc.). Widely applied in drainage projects such as highway/railway subgrades, subway systems, landfills, tunnels, green belts, sports fields, and high-moisture slope protection, it also serves agricultural and horticultural underground irrigation & drainage systems. It has become one of the three core products for seepage and drainage in China's civil engineering, alongside flexible permeable pipes and plastic blind ditches.
