Product Introduction
Plastic blind ditch is composed of a filter cloth wrapped around a plastic core. Plastic core is mainly made of thermoplastic synthetic resin, which is modified and extruded into thin plastic filaments through a nozzle in a hot melt state. The extruded plastic filaments are then dissolved at the nodes through a molding device to form a three-dimensional mesh structure. At present, plastic cores come in various structural forms such as rectangular, hollow rectangular, circular hollow circular, etc. This material overcomes the shortcomings of traditional blind ditches, with high surface porosity, good water collection, large porosity, good drainage, strong compression resistance, good pressure resistance, light weight, convenient construction, greatly reduced labor intensity for workers, and high construction efficiency. Therefore, it has been widely welcomed by engineering bureaus and widely used.

Product Features
High surface porosity: The composition fibers of plastic blind grooves are about 2mm filaments, which are fused together to form a three-dimensional network. The surface porosity is 95% -97%, which is more than 5 times that of perforated pipes and 3-4 times that of resin mesh pipes. The surface water absorption rate is extremely high.
Good drainage performance: Due to its three-dimensional structure, its porosity is 80% -95%, making it spacious and lightweight, with good drainage performance. Even if compressed due to overload, the residual gap still reaches over 50%, and there is no problem of water blockage.
High compressive strength: Under a pressure of 250KPa, its compression rate is less than 10%, and its compressive performance is more than 10 times stronger than that of resin in pipe structures. It can withstand large soil pressures and is not easily crushed.
Good flexibility: It is resistant to pressure and flexible, and can also be used for construction in curved positions such as bends. It is very lightweight. If the backfill depth is about 10cm, a bulldozer can also be used for backfilling, and the construction adaptability is strong.
Strong durability: with anti-aging agent, it is durable. It can also be stable after being placed in the underwater and soil environment for decades. It has the characteristics of cold resistance, corrosion resistance, bacteria resistance, etc. It is not easy to age when buried in the tunnel lining.
Convenient construction: The material has a small specific gravity and is lightweight, about 0.91-0.93. It is easy to transport and install, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve construction efficiency.
Not easy to collapse: It is formed by hot melting without using adhesive, which will not cause collapse due to adhesive aging and peeling, and has good structural stability.
Diverse specifications: Our products come in various cross-sectional forms such as circular and rectangular shapes, with a wide range of specifications.
