Rigid integral dropper

Composition and structure of the dropper:
The integral dropper device consists of a nylon sheath, a dropper rod, and a contact wire dropper clamp. The dropper rod is made of a phosphor bronze rod with a diameter of φ6mm. The connection with the contact wire dropper clamp is made by crimping, and the connection with the messenger wire uses a synthetic material sliding sheath.

Composition and structure of the dropper:
The integral dropper device consists of a nylon sheath, a dropper rod, and a contact wire dropper clamp. The dropper rod is made of a phosphor bronze rod with a diameter of φ6mm. The connection with the contact wire dropper clamp is made by crimping, and the connection with the messenger wire uses a synthetic material sliding sheath.
2 Materials
2.1 Nylon sheath
2.1.1 The nylon sheath is used for the protection between the integral dropper and the messenger wire to reduce wear.
2.1.2 The A and B pieces of the nylon sheath are made of nylon 66. The split pin complies with GB/T1220 - 2007 and is made of austenitic stainless steel with the grade of 12Cr18Ni9.
2.1.3 The nylon sheath is formed by plastic injection molding.
2.2 Dropper rod
2.2.1 The dropper connecting rod is made of a F6.0 mm phosphor bronze rod with the grade of C5191B.
2.2.2 The annular part of the dropper connecting rod is formed by a special equipment bending process.
2.3 Contact wire dropper clamp
2.3.1 The A and B pieces of the clamp are made of C6161. The bolt M12 complies with GB/T1220-2007 and is made of austenitic stainless steel with the grade of 06Cr19Ni10. The spring washer and lock nut comply with GB/T1220-2007 and are made of austenitic stainless steel with the grade of 12Cr18Ni9.
2.3.2 The A and B clamping plates of the contact wire dropper clamp are manufactured by the metal die forging process.
3 Technical performance
3.1 The tensile load of the integral dropper: not less than 1.47kN.
3.2 The sliding load between the integral dropper and the contact wire: not less than 1.5kN.
3.3 The sliding load after crimping between the contact wire dropper clamp and the dropper rod: not less than 2.94kN.
3.4 The bending moment load of the contact wire dropper clamp: not less than 24.5N·m.
3.5 The tightening torque of the bolt M12×1.5: not less than 34.3N·m (in the grease-free state).

6.1 Type A integral dropper
The Type A integral dropper is composed of dropper wire, die-forged type messenger wire dropper clamp, die-forged type contact wire dropper clamp, heart-shaped guard ring, crimping tube, crimping terminal and other components.
