Waste PCB recycling machine is used to different kinds of Printed circuit board, Computer motherboard, cellphone board, clad copper board etc through the whole system processing, first step is to remove electronic components from PCB board, then the specialized crusher machine grind the material into powder, the fineness analyzer, electrostatic separator etc to sort the Non ferrous metal from the resin powder, the non ferrous metal mixed with the resin powder will be sorted by the air separator and the electrostatic separator .the recycling rate is surpass 98%.
The electronic components will removed by the electronic components dismantling machine.there is equipped with the UV purity system and the water scrubber to protect environment.the source could be as the GAS or electricity.The Tin will be melted and fall down from the under vibration table.
