Waste PCB board recycling machine is through the crushing and separation to get the non ferrous metal from the resin powder by the two stage of the different separator, the metal recycling rate over 98%.
The final products show cases
The procesing diagram as below:
Double shaft shredder : Tear the raw materials into chips approx 30-40mm.
Hammer mill crusher for PCB board: To grind the raw materials suitable to separator size.
centifugal separator: To separate the most resin powder from the non-ferrous metal with less resin powder.
Cyclone: to discharge most resin powder.
Impulse dust collector: centifugal type dust collector to remove the dust from the processing to confirm the whole processing is dust free, meanwhile The working place and warehouse clean.
Bucket elevators: To lift and transport the materials.
Vibration table: The suitable size materials sorting, which works better to the electrostatic separator machine.
Electrostatic separator machine: Separate the non - ferrous metal from the plastic.
