Product Description
Product introduction:
The unit is made of polypropylene recycled plastic particles at all levels. In order to reduce costs and increase profits, various talcum powder and filling masterbatch can be added as production auxiliary materials. It can directly process the sandwich packing belt for machine, manual, dyeing, printing and so on. This equipment has the advantages of large extrusion pressure, good embossing effect, clear printing, high output, good molding, convenient maintenance, simple operation, safety and environmental protection, no pollution, low noise, less power consumption, adjustable belt thickness, clear pattern, high precision, beautiful, smooth end face, long service life and so on.
Scope of application:
The belt produced by this machine packing belt production line can meet the needs of carton, clothing, paper industry, electronics, wooden case, fruit, electrical appliances (such as refrigerator, washing machine, color TV), food and other industries.
Production process of packing belt:
PP packing belt extrusion production process: packing -- drying dehumidification -- plasticizing extrusion -- mold molding -- cooling tank -- traction -- oven -- stretching -- embossing -- oven -- traction -- winding. PP packing belt system is made of polypropylene through heating, melting, stretching, cooling production of mesh structure sheet material, the basic parameters affecting the quality of the packing belt are tensile force, length, bending, elongation, etc. As long as the tension and other parameters are the same, the longer the length, the lower the cost.
