CYPB Series Quantitative Disc Feeder is a volumetric feeding equipment for continuous feeding. It is installed for discharging materials from storage devices such as bins, silos, and hoppers. Relying on the gravity of the materials and the forced action of the working mechanism of the disc feeder, it continuously and evenly feeds the materials into the next device. When it stops working, it can also act as a storage bin lock. It is a key device in the continuous production process.
Structural features:
CYPB Series Quantitative Disc Feeder is a new type of disc feeder with high reliability, high efficiency, and energy-saving features. It is independently designed and manufactured by Xinxiang Chengxin Vibration Equipment Co., Ltd. on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technologies and combining with the actual domestic situation. It is more advanced and reasonable in structure and has the following features
1. It adopts a large-diameter slewing support structure, with large bearing capacity and stable operation.
2. The transmission mechanism uses hard-tooth surface gear transmission, with high transmission efficiency and long service life.
3. The reducer and motor are installed under the disc surface, making the overall structure of the equipment compact.
4. The equipment adopts a unique sealing structure. The transmission parts are well lubricated and sealed, and no foreign objects can enter the lubrication parts, ensuring the trouble-free operation of the equipment.
5. The variable frequency speed regulation adopts the flux vector variable frequency control method, with large driving torque, wide adjustment range, and high control accuracy.
6. The material conveying process adopts a fully enclosed structure, which is conducive to high cleanliness management at the use site and creates a comfortable working environment.
7. The main body part of the equipment and the blanking sleeve adopt a modular and detachable structure, enabling rapid disassembly and assembly at the use site.
8. The installation position of the discharge port can be freely selected within a 180-degree range, making it more convenient to use.
