P20 Open path Laser Methane Leakage Monitoring system.
In stations and process areas, it requires continuous rotation for the scanning laser pan-tilt to inspect along each route; To accurately detect distant targets, it must have good locating accuracy and repeatability.
Laser Methane Scanner (LMS):
This system uses a laser to detect methane gas concentrations at a distance, often up to a kilometer. It's designed for continuous monitoring of infrastructure like gas pipelines and can be programmed to scan specific routes
P20 integrates laser detection, leak point determination, recording, inspection route management, and network communication on the pan-tilt, making it a complete monitoring and alarm device. Even if the backend system is offline, the pan-tilt can independently and continuously perform on-site leak monitoring and synchronize breakpoint alarm data when the system is restored.
Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS):
The core of these systems is often TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy). This technology emits a laser beam and measures how much of the laser light is absorbed by methane molecules in the air.
