Ⅰ.Introduction
PVC/PE/PP wood plastic board, is a high-tech and environmentally friendly material made from wood, which is a mixture of thermoplastic polymers, processing aids and wood. It is then heated and extruderd into a mold equipment. It is a new type of composite material that possesses the characterustucs and properties of both plastic and wood materials.
Ⅱ. Overview
Wood-plastic composite materials (WPC) are essentially a microscopic multiphase structural system achieved through precise chemical and physical processes. The core of it is that under the action of high temperature and high shear force, with the help of interface compatibilizers such as maleic anhydride grafted polymers, hydrophilic natural lignocellulose fibers are forcibly bonded at the molecular level with hydrophobic thermoplastic matrices (such as PVC, PE, PP).

This process not only resolves the inherent interface incompatibility issue between the two, but also collaboratively creates a performance combination that a single material cannot possess - the plastic phase contributes outstanding water resistance, corrosion resistance and plasticity, while the wood fiber endows the material with high rigidity, low thermal expansion coefficient and a realistic natural texture. The entire manufacturing system covers everything from deep drying of wood fibers, high-precision metering and feeding of multiple components, to strong shear melt blending with screw configurations specifically designed for fiber dispersion, and finally precise extrusion molding through molds.
Therefore, WPC is not merely a simple physical mixture, but a new type of polymer-based biomass composite material with precisely controllable performance through interface engineering design. Its mechanical strength, durability and functional characteristics are directly determined by the microstructure such as interface bonding efficiency, fiber length-to-diameter ratio and distribution pattern.

The color may change slightly under long-term exposure to the sun. Although the surface hardness is sufficient for daily use, sharp and heavy objects may still cause scratches or indentations. Therefore, it is crucial to select co-extruded products with wear-resistant layers or appropriate colors based on the usage scenarios

1. Machine features
Conical Twin Screw Extruder
Adopting specially screw designs according to different materials make the high polymer micro-foam uniform plasticization, high extrusion. Imported famous brands AC inverter makes the rotation speed stable to ensure the main extruder and accessory machines move synchronously.
Vacuum calibrating table
Adopts powerful turbo cooling system, easy to achieve satisfactory cooling effect. According to different moulds and different customer requirements, the vacuum calibrating table can be optional as 4m, 6m.
Haul off machine
Adopts special lifting technology, and has the features of stable running, reliable working, powerful hauling etc,
Cutting machine
the moving speed of the cutting unit is synchronized with hauling speed. Through prseting,the cutting unit is capable for automatic cutting with fixed length. Dust recycling device is also equipped.
