This valve is a pilot-operated hydraulic check valve. It features a sealed pressure guide, a steel valve seat, and is non-vented. It allows fluid to flow freely from the valve port (port 2) to the load port (port 1), while blocking reverse flow. The pressure at the pilot port (port 3) opens the valve to allow flow from port 1 to port 2. The pilot pressure required at port 3 to open the valve is directly proportional to the load pressure at port 1. The pressure at port 2 directly opposes the pilot pressure.
