raw materials
The core substrate of vitreous ceramic panel is usually low-carbon steel plate. Before glazing, the steel plate undergoes surface pretreatment to remove impurities and enhance adhesion. The coating material is enamel glaze. After high-temperature firing, the enamel melts and forms a protective layer on the surface of the steel plate, thereby forming a composite material with metal strength and enamel surface characteristics.
