Fire-resistant oil products such as Great Lakes Turbofluid 46SJ and Great Lakes Turbofluid 46B CN are synthetic triaryl phosphate oils based on selected xylenols. They have an ignition temperature of up to 545°C and can withstand high temperatures of 700°C, with extremely high fire resistance and good oxidation stability. Their physical properties such as anti-foaming, air release, and anti-emulsification also meet the specifications of major steam turbine manufacturers.
