The ZALIP Zhalipu ZLP series pull - rope displacement sensors are characterized by a compact structure, small installation space, and high sensitivity. The protection level is IP65. Both the housing and the wire wheel have been anti - corrosion treated. The traction rope is made of stainless steel coated with Teflon, which can work in harsh environments. The specifications are divided into large, medium, and small sizes. There are multiple output methods available for customization: resistance output method (potentiometer), 0~5V, 0~10V voltage output methods, 4~20mA current output method, and incremental square - wave output method (encoder).

The ZLP - L - R type is a large - sized resistance output type. The input resistance value is 5.0KΩ±10%, the measurement stroke is long (4500～100000mm), the reciprocating speed is 600mm/s, the accuracy reaches 0.25～0.1%FS, and the repeatability reaches ±0.02%FS.
The ZLP - M - R type is a medium - sized resistance output type. The input resistance value is 5.0KΩ±10%, the measurement stroke is long (1500～4000mm), the reciprocating speed is 1000mm/s, and the accuracy reaches 0.25～0.1%FS.
The ZLP - S - R type is a small - sized resistance output type. The input resistance value is 5.0KΩ±10%, the measurement stroke is long (100～1200mm), the reciprocating speed is 500mm/s, and the accuracy reaches 0.3～0.1%FS.

The ZLP-S-P type is a small-sized incremental square wave (AB phase or ABZ phase) output type, with a long measurement stroke (100～1200mm), a reciprocating speed of 1000mm/s, an accuracy of ±0.05%FS, and resolutions of: 1mm, 0.5mm, 0.2mm, 0.1mm, 0.04mm.
The ZLP-M-P type is a medium-sized incremental square wave (AB phase or ABZ phase) output type, with a long measurement stroke (1500～4000mm), a reciprocating speed of 1000mm/s. When the stroke is (1500~2000mm), the accuracy is ±0.03%S; when the stroke is (2500~4000mm), the accuracy is ±0.05%FS. The resolutions are: 1mm, 0.5mm, 0.2mm, 0.1mm, 0.05mm (provided for strokes of 500mm, 1000mm, and 2000mm).
The ZLP-L-P type is a large-sized incremental square wave (AB phase or ABZ phase) output type, with a long measurement stroke (4500～100000mm), a reciprocating speed of 1000mm/s, an accuracy of ±0.05%FS, and resolutions of: 1mm, 0.5mm. Others are made according to requirements.
