Product Introduction:

Iron-carbon filler, also known as micro-electrolysis filler, iron-carbon micro-electrolysis filler, and internal electrolysis filler, is currently an ideal process for treating high-concentration organic wastewater, also known as internal electrolysis/micro-electrolysis filler.

It is made of various raw materials such as iron, carbon, and other metal catalysts and activators through high-temperature sintering. During the wastewater treatment process, it generates a potential difference of 1.2 volts by itself to electrolyze the wastewater. Its working principle is: the combined action of electrochemistry, oxidation-reduction, physical adsorption, and flocculation-precipitation to treat the wastewater. Its main function is to reduce the COD and chroma of the wastewater, improve the biodegradability of the wastewater, and create conditions for further treatment.

Characteristics of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis filler:

(1) The anode, cathode, and catalyst form an integrated iron-carbon structure through high-temperature smelting, ensuring the continuous effect of the "galvanic cell" effect. It will not be prone to the separation of the anode and cathode like the physical mixing of iron and carbon, which affects the galvanic cell reaction.


(2) The filler forms a framework-type microporous alloy structure through high-temperature smelting, with a large specific surface area, strong activity, no passivation, and no caking. The anode and cathode are proportioned for different wastewaters, providing a large current density and better micro-electrolysis reaction effects for wastewater treatment. The reaction rate is fast. Generally, industrial wastewater only needs 30 - 60 minutes, and it operates stably and effectively in the long term.
