Open-air temporary storage explosive cabinets, mobile dangerous goods warehouses, Qilu Bangtai anti-static detonator boxes
Model BTJD - 001 mobile pyrotechnics cabinets, also known as explosive storage cabinets, temporary storage boxes at blasting sites, detonator cabinets, explosive magazines, etc., are mainly used for temporary storage of explosives in blasting projects such as tunnels, water conservancy and hydropower, and mines.
The outer body of the mobile pyrotechnics cabinet is made of 6mm cold-rolled steel plate processed by quenching, with a 10mm insulating and moisture-proof wooden board inside, and an anti-seismic, anti-static and flame-retardant felt is laid inside. Since the mobile pyrotechnics cabinet is used outdoors in the open air, to enhance its anti-theft function, the lock of the cabinet adopts a GA mechanical double lock, that is, two mechanical locks and a three-digit mechanical combination lock. Among them, the blaster keeps Key No. 1 and the password, and the warehouse keeper or safety officer keeps Key No. 2. Only after they jointly open the cabinet can they collect and load/unload explosives.
The "Public Security Inspection Report" of the mobile pyrotechnics cabinet is a report issued after passing the inspection at the public security inspection center and being filed and certified. It also has the "Anti-static Inspection Report" and the "Explosion-proof Inspection Report".
Due to the different quantities of pyrotechnics stored at the blasting site of the construction site, the corresponding specifications and models of the pyrotechnics cabinets are also different.
