Model BTJD-001 Mobile Ammunition Cabinet, also known as Explosive Storage Cabinet, Temporary Storage Box at Blasting Site, Detonator Cabinet, Explosive Depot, etc., is mainly used for temporary storage of explosive items in blasting projects such as tunnels, water conservancy and hydropower, and mines.
The outer body of the mobile ammunition cabinet is made of 6mm cold-rolled steel plate processed by quenching, with a 10mm insulated and moisture-proof wooden board inside, and a shock-resistant, anti-static and flame-retardant felt is laid inside. Since the mobile ammunition cabinet is used outdoors in the open, to enhance its anti-theft function, the lockset of the cabinet is a GA mechanical double lock, that is, two mechanical locks and a three-digit mechanical combination turntable lock. Among them, the blaster keeps Key No. 1 and the password, and the warehouse keeper or safety officer keeps Key No. 2. Only after they jointly unlock it can explosive items be collected and loaded/unloaded.
The "Public Security Inspection Report" of the mobile ammunition cabinet is a report issued after passing the inspection at the public security inspection center and going through the filing and certification process. At the same time, it also has the "Anti-static Inspection Report" and the "Explosion-proof Inspection Report".
Due to the different quantities of ammunition stored at the blasting site of the construction site, the corresponding specifications and models of the ammunition cabinets are also different.
