1. Overview
The mine-used rail explosive goods transporter produced by Shandong Bangtai Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. has obtained multiple test reports and patent certificates. This product is mainly composed of two parts: the upper part is a mine-used blasting box, which consists of an external explosion-proof steel plate with a thickness of 6 - 8 mm, an internal insulating wooden board with a thickness of 10 mm, and a flame-retardant pad with a thickness of 2 mm that is fireproof, shockproof, and anti-static; the lower part is a material vehicle that can be used on tracks with a gauge of 600, 762, or 900.
2. Product highlights:
1) It supports single-side opening and multi-side opening for easy loading and unloading of explosive goods.
2) It has a double-lock structure, namely two cross combination locks and one mechanical combination lock, to achieve anti-theft and anti-damage functions.
3) Four lifting rings are installed on the top of the box for easy product handling.
4) It can be customized according to the requirements of the customer's cage and loading capacity.
3. Qualification certificates: Since this product is mainly used for the transport of blasting operations in coal mines and non-coal mines above and below the well, our company has specially applied and reported the "mine standard". The box body has multiple relevant test certification reports such as the "Mine-used movable explosive dangerous goods storage box" "Ministry of Public Security Test Report" with the new 2022 test standard, as well as the "Anti-static Test Report" and the "Explosion-proof Test Report"; for the requirements of different types of mines, the "Coal Safety Certificate" and the "Mine Safety Certificate" for track gauges of 600, 762, and 900 have been applied for and passed. The authenticity of the above multiple reports has been verified through inquiries on the websites of relevant official institutions.
To ensure product after-sales service and quality requirements, our company has currently achieved the unified standardization of the above test reports.
It should be noted that currently, there are various non-standard products emerging in the market, with the following two prominent characteristics:
1) Certificate piecing type: That is, the "Public Security Test Report", "Explosion-proof Test Report", "Anti-static Test Report", "Coal Safety Certificate", or "Mine Safety Certificate" are used in a pieced-together manner by multiple companies and are not held by the same company.
2) Certificate inconsistency type: That is, the models of key test reports such as the "Public Security Test Report", "Explosion-proof Test Report", and "Anti-static Test Report" are inconsistent.
3) The manufacturer has not passed the ISO system inspection and certification and does not have a complete production process and quality inspection process.
