Underground mine explosive boxes and detonator boxes, also known as FRP explosive boxes and FRP detonator boxes, are pyrotechnics boxes made of FRP material produced and sold by Shandong Bangtai Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. They have the "FRP Material Test Report" and the "Public Security Test Report", meeting the requirements of local public security brigades' inspections and coal mine usage. Moreover, the "FRP Material Test Report" is certified by the National Coal Mining Machinery Quality Inspection and Testing Center, complying with "GB16413 - 2009 Safety Performance Inspection Specification for FRP Products Used in Underground Coal Mines".
The pyrotechnics storage boxes made of FRP material have the characteristics of anti - static, corrosion - resistant, insulating, fire - proof, light - weight, anti - aging and long - lasting. They avoid the danger of electric sparks that may be generated by metal materials in underground coal mines, making blasting operations safer.
The FRP pyrotechnics storage boxes are also equipped with a copper lock design, and the connecting hinges are also made of copper products, which have good insulation effects and prevent the generation of static electricity.
