1.Application:
50kN laminated veneer lumber structural wood mechanical properties testing machine, used for LVL laminated tensile bending mechanical properties test, LVL laminated lumber flexural strength and elastic modulus test, standard lumber tensile bending mechanical properties test, PSL parallel product Tensile-bending mechanical properties test of finished wood, tensile-bending mechanical properties test of glued-laminated building blocks, tensile-bending mechanical properties test of timber structural components, tensile-bending mechanical properties test of frame components.
This equipment is used for tensile test of structural glulam, load-bearing glulam tensile strength test, laminated glulam tensile strength test, finger joint glulam tensile strength test, oblique Tensile strength test of spliced glulam and tensile strength test of spliced glulam;
50kN laminated veneer lumber structure wood mechanical properties testing machine, testing wood moisture content along the grain tensile strength, transverse grain tensile strength, along the grain compressive strength and elastic modulus, wood shear strength along the grain, joint shear Strength, wood bending strength and modulus of elasticity.
The 50kN laminated veneer lumber structure wood mechanical performance testing machine is used to test the vertical compressive bearing capacity of wood, the tensile bearing capacity of wood, the lateral bearing capacity of wood, and the torsional stiffness of wood raw materials. Determination of compressive properties, torsional properties, shear properties of timber structural components.
Testing and research on physical and mechanical properties of plywood particle board, fiberboard decorative board, wood-based panel, floor structure board, finger-bonded laminate, structural glued wood, graded laminate, wood insert wood furniture, etc.
Determination of static bending strength and elastic modulus of wood-based panels (three-point/four-point bending resistance); determination of bending load of wood-based panels.
Determination of internal bonding (bonding) strength of wood-based panels; determination of surface bonding strength of wood-based panels; determination of shear strength of wood-based panels adhesive layer; determination of peeling performance of wood-based panels by dipping; determination of boiling peeling properties of wood-based panels; Determination; Determination of peeling resistance of wood-based panels; Determination of screw-holding force of wood-based panels.

4. Load Frame:
The frames all incorporate human factor considerations in the design to ensure safety, reduce operator fatigue, and provide the highest level of flexibility. Extremely robust crosshead guidance is incorporated in all frame designs providing the highest level of lateral crosshead stiffness.
Load cell is with high accuracy interchangeable for all frames allowing each frame to operate full capacity. High accuracy: The preloaded precision ball-screw with high speed & low noise ensures high speed and position measurement accuracy and less noise.
High stiffness: The load frame is with 4 columns and heavy duty pre-loaded bearings. Preloaded ball screws, precision guidance columns, and a symmetrical drive system improve frame stiffness and alignment
Safety features: The testing machine stops automatically when the change in the test force exceeds a specified value during operations.
Over-Travel Limits
Dual over-travel limits, located on the front console, help prevent crosshead overshooting and sensor overloads. A graduated rule along the column can be used to preset these limits to specific distances.
Large space in the working area: The insides of columns provide wide space for the operator.
Over-stroke limiter: The range of the crosshead movement mechanically limited.
Comfortable working area
The wide legroom under the load unit provides a comfortable working area for attaching and removing jigs.
