The splicing module Blue and Green Box is a virtual chroma key background system featuring lightweight, high strength, no-paint design, deformation resistance, wear resistance, and easy installation. Custom sizes are available.

Main shapes: L-shaped, Sector-shaped, and U-shaped. The L-shaped unit has 1x walls and 1x floor; the Sector-shaped unit has 2x walls and 1x floor; and the U-shaped unit has 3x walls and1xfloor.
Structural Components
Generally, the system consists of wall panels, floor panels, curved panels, decorative trim, corners, and fixed base.
Special configurations or environments may require spherical panels and aluminum alloy base
bars to achieve a realistic, studio-like effect.
Studio Location Requirements and Mounting Methods for the Modular Virtual Green Box
The wall to which the keying background panel mould is mounted must be flat and level with the floor, without noticeable bumps or indentations, and at a 90-degree angle.
The construction site wall must be flat. The background panel should be secured to the wall using self-tapping screws. Suitable materials for self-tapping screws are preferred, such as wood board, gypsum board, and acoustic panels. Reinforced concrete walls require specialized tools for steel nailing.
The modular virtual blue/green box floor can be placed directly on a flat, hard surface, such as self-leveling cement, marble tiles, or wood flooring.
If there are special circumstances or requirements on site, alternative mounting methods may be selected based on the specific circumstances.
Specifications and Dimensions
The product supports virtually any size and is customizable.
The standard modular blue or green virtual keying background panels measure 250mm x 250mm each, approximately 10mm thick, and feature a 250mm x 25mm decorative trim.
If a 3-meter-wide background is required, 12 panels can be assembled to create a 3-meter (3000mm) width: 250mm x 12 panels = 3 meters. To enhance the product's practicality and aesthetics, 25mm decorative trim can be installed on the left and right sides of the background panels, bringing the total size of the background panel (including the left and right decorative trim) to 3.05 meters (1050mm).
The wall panels and floor of the virtual keying L-shaped blue or green box are connected by 250mm x 250mm curved panels, so the installation dimensions are uniform. Other shapes, such as fan-shaped or U-shaped, can be similarly configured.

Background dimensions: Height 2.75m, Width 3.0m, 2.75m floor extension.
Actual dimensions: Height 2.775m, Width 3.05m, 2.775m floor extension.
Note: Height walls typically have 25mm decorative trim installed above them. The lower wall-to-floor connection is made with 250mm x 250mm curved panels. No decorative trim is required at the wall-to-floor junction.
