2 In 1 Packing Production Line 5L Tinplate Barrel Aseptic Bottle Filling Capping Machine
This equipment is specially designed for 5L beer cans. It fills beer at aseptic environment, extend the storage period.
This machine finishes the can pressing, pre-evacuation and filling etc. automatically.
All the valves and pneumatic components are world famous brand.
Form the whole filling area aseptic, confirm no damage to the beer.
Pasteurize the beer can outside environment.

Working feature
1. Press: closely press the filling nozzle to the can, provide aseptic environment for beer
2. filling.Pre-evacuation: completely discharge air in the can, reduce beer oxidation in filling.
3. CO2 injection: form vacuum environment in the can, avoid lacking of CO2 in beer.
4. Filling: fill with long tube, avoiding the oxidation in beer filling.
5. Pressure steady: keep standard beer level.
Working condition
The pipelines must be sterilized by CIP before filling. Sterilize the filling area 40-60mins with ultraviolet.
This machine adopts Siemens PLC to control the whole working process. All the control parameters (timing) could be adjusted with the machine running.
Main sizes and parameters
The filling capacity could reach 150～200kegs/hour. The cylinder stroke could adjust according to the beer can height.
In the meantime, the beer filling require following parameters:
Beer resource pressure 0.15 ---- 0.3Mpa
Gas resource pressure 0.4 ---- 0.8Mpa
CO2 pressure 0.15 ---- 0.3Mpa
Cylinder pressure 0.3 ---- 0.5Mpa
Specially designed for 5L beer cans, awarded with national patent certificate(patent No. 201110172388.X).
Equipment advantage
Designed to fill beer in aseptic environment, this equipment is fixed with membrane filter blower, good filtering effect, form the whole filling area into aseptic.
This machine is also fixed with ultraviolet pasteurizing lamp, which pasteurizes the filling environment and the can outside in high efficiency. The beer filling is in completely sterile environment, keep original beer flavor and extend the storage period.
