The YCG permanent magnet mechanism developed by our company is used to replace the original bullet-operating mechanism. Our company's permanent magnet operating mechanism eliminates complex mechanical locks and tripping systems due to the small number of moving parts. Note a few points:
1. It is not recommended to use a simple contactor as the control unit of the permanent magnet mechanism because:
(1) The use of contactors results in high energy consumption and requires a larger discharge capacitor;
(2) It is easy to burn the coil of the permanent magnet mechanism;
(3) When the contact of the contactor breaks the circuit, strong electromagnetic field interference will occur, resulting in malfunction of the protection and control device;
(4) When the contacts of the contactor pass a large current, the life is short, so that one of the main advantages of the permanent magnet mechanism does not exist. And our company's YCK380 permanent magnet switch controller can reach more than 100,000 times without damage.
2. Regarding the manual opening and closing of the permanent magnet mechanism: the permanent magnet mechanism must be equipped with an emergency manual opening. Its function is to use the emergency manual opening to open the circuit breaker when the control unit loses power or is damaged. . Emergency manual opening must be purely mechanical and cannot be operated using electrical and electronic components. Emergency manual opening is used to disconnect the rated current, which is generally not used in the event of a short circuit.
At present, some manufacturers have equipped the permanent magnet mechanism with a manual closing function. In fact, the manual closing function of the permanent magnet mechanism is not practical. First, the operator has a safety risk. Second, the manual closing speed of the permanent magnet mechanism is slow, and the probability of not being able to match is large. The third is the power supply in the dual line. Under the circumstances, closed-loop and reverse power transmission may occur, threatening the personal safety of power maintenance personnel and even leading to major casualties. Therefore, some users explicitly require that the permanent magnet mechanism be prohibited from being equipped with a manual closing function, such as a coal mine system.
