BPS-D8 electronic counting machine

1. Equipment Overview

The multi-channel electronic counting machine is a fully automatic canning equipment designed and manufactured by our company in strict accordance with national GMP standards and process requirements. The design and manufacturing principle of this machine is to provide the best and most reliable counting work at the highest operating efficiency. All the rotating parts of this machine are designed in a box structure to improve dust-proofing and lubrication, reduce noise, facilitate maintenance, and also ensure the cleanliness of the products and the cleaning of the equipment. All parts of this machine that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel or non-toxic and chemically stable non-metallic materials, and have undergone high-precision polishing. After the drugs are placed in the material bucket, they are fed into the two-stage vibrating disc. The vibrating disc itself has 8 tracks. After the drugs are arranged in sequence, they fall into the photoelectric box. The photoelectric box has corresponding sets of counting photoelectric sensors to count the drugs that fall into the channel. Under the photoelectric box, each channel is equipped with a gate. When the counting quantity is reached, the gates will close respectively. Once a new empty bottle is replaced, the gates will open immediately, waiting for the medicine to fall back into the new empty bottle. This device adopts a unique anti-high dust photoelectric sensor, which can effectively solve problems such as inaccurate sensing caused by dust, resulting in inaccurate counting and equipment failure. The vibration block of the equipment has been improved on the original basis and can be adjusted in four levels, further reducing the possibility of the drug being crushed by the cylinder gate and causing particle shortage. In addition, the equipment is equipped with photoelectric sensors for bottle shortage and blockage. When a bottle shortage or blockage occurs, the equipment will automatically shut down to ensure production safety. At the same time, it can also save industrial electricity for users and reduce production costs. The equipment is equipped with a Siemens touch human-machine interface, featuring a Chinese menu display and built-in parameters for over ten commonly used pharmaceuticals on the market, which greatly facilitates the user's operation. Users can freely set parameters such as production volume within the design range of the machine, providing more convenience for production arrangement and the formulation of process flows.
