MS-401, SF6 Gas Density Relay Calibrator
The SF6 gas density relay calibrator primarily measures the alarm, latch-up, alarm recovery, and latch-up recovery values of SF₆
gas density relays. The measurement process supports both single and double latch-up measurements. The instrument also features
calibration functions for pressure gauges at ambient temperature and at 20°C.
1. Simple Operation: The entire testing process is completed automatically by the instrument, requiring no manual intervention and
avoiding cumbersome manual gas path adjustments.
2. Convenient Testing: This portable instrument is equipped with various types of adapters, allowing for on-site calibration of most
types of density relays without disassembly.
3. Highly Intelligent: The calibration process does not require a constant temperature chamber. SF₆ gas density relays and pressure
gauges can be calibrated within any effective temperature range. Utilizing a dynamic pressure and temperature compensation
algorithm, it automatically completes pressure measurement and 20°C value conversion, simultaneously displaying the pressure at
the measured ambient temperature, the pressure at the ambient temperature and 20°C, and the ambient temperature, completely
solving the problem of difficult on-site calibration of SF₆ gas density relays.
4. Powerful Functions: During SF₆ gas density relay calibration, it simultaneously tests one set of alarm signals and two sets of interlock
signals, and features both room temperature and 20-degree pressure gauge calibration functions.
The instrument's main functions are measuring the alarm value, interlock value, alarm response value, and interlock response value
of the SF₆ gas density relay. Measurements can be performed with single or double interlocks. The instrument also has room
temperature and 20-degree pressure gauge calibration functions.
5. Safe and Environmentally Friendly: Nitrogen is used instead of SF₆ during calibration, ensuring the safety of testing personnel.
Testing costs are low, and there is no environmental pollution.
6. User-Friendly Interface: The interface features clear and aesthetically pleasing graphics, a high-performance rotary mouse, and
convenient operation. It also includes a high-speed mini thermal printer for instant printing of test data.
7. Data Storage: The instrument can store up to 50 sets of test results and has a power-off data retention function, allowing for
easy retrieval and printing of previous test results.
