ZHUEN-90T Die Casting Trimming Machine - Brief Introduction
ZHUEN-90T is a hydraulic die casting trimming machine launched by Shanghai Zhuen Industrial Co., Ltd., belonging to its high-efficiency and energy-saving hydraulic press series. Specifically designed for the post-processing of medium and large die castings, it features the following core advantages:
1. Core Structure
Adopting a four-column three-plate frame structure and a master-slave cylinder hydraulic circuit, it outperforms ordinary hydraulic presses in noise reduction, operating speed, and power consumption. The mold is made of SKD11 tool steel with a hardness of HRC58-62, and four precision guide bushes are equipped to control the vertical accuracy of the movable plate, ensuring stable trimming precision. With a rated output force of 90 tons, it meets the processing needs of medium and large castings.
2. Operation & Efficiency
Parameters such as pressure, stroke, speed, and dwell time can be flexibly adjusted. The worktable is equipped with a blanking chute and an air-blowing device for quick scrap disposal. Supporting manual and semi-automatic control modes, it can be upgraded to a fully automatic configuration with manipulators and conveyor belts, increasing production efficiency by over 50%. The no-load speed exceeds 150mm/s, and the noise level is below 75 decibels during standby and operation.
3. Safety & Adaptability
Equipped with a two-hand operation system, emergency stop button, and up/down inching mold adjustment button as standard, with an optional photoelectric protection device, complying with CE/OSHA safety standards. It is mainly used for deburring and shaping of aluminum, magnesium alloy and other die-cast products, as well as trimming of plastic products. Additionally, it is suitable for sheet metal blanking, drawing and other plastic material forming processes, widely applied in the post-die-casting processing of auto parts, motorcycle components, electronic and communication accessories and other industries.
