AX800-B6 Automatic Alloy Circular Saw Blade Sharpening Machine

The AX800-B6 Automatic Alloy Circular Saw Blade Sharpening Machine is a special processing equipment for the production of cemented carbide circular saw blades. The whole machine adopts a fully enclosed structural design with an integrated exhaust system, and is electrically adapted to the three-phase 380V/50Hz power supply system.

This equipment can realize the grinding and shaping of the rake angle and clearance angle of all tooth profiles of cemented carbide circular saw blades with specifications from φ80mm to φ800mm, covering tooth types such as cold saw U-shaped teeth, negative angle teeth, chamfers, and clearance angles. Among them, flat-ladder teeth support one-time forming grinding, bevel teeth can be processed by inputting angle values, and it is equipped with a multi-directional motion compensation mechanism. The equipment supports 1-3 times of repeated grinding for a single tooth, with the grinding accuracy reaching 0.03mm. In terms of operation, it adopts an automatic locking mode, without the need for manual unlocking/locking operations, and the system can automatically complete positioning and locking according to processing instructions. On the premise of ensuring the sharpness of the saw blade after grinding, it can effectively extend the service life of the saw blade, with a single saw blade being reusable for 20-30 times. Under the 8-hour operation mode of a single machine, the saw blade grinding capacity can reach 30-50 pieces, making it a core basic processing equipment for saw blade production enterprises and users.

The equipment's control system adopts Delta high-end PLC, equipped with a 10-inch color touch screen and a Chinese-English bilingual operation interface. The feed system consists of an absolute encoder servo motor and a precision ground lead screw; the swing angle mechanism adopts an absolute encoder servo motor matched with an RV reducer; the forward and backward movement unit is realized by the coordination of an absolute encoder servo motor, a precision reducer and a grinding-grade lead screw, and is equipped with high-precision V-shaped guide rails. The saw blade clamping adopts a mechanical sliding structure, and both the tooth shifting and clamping mechanisms are hydraulically driven. The electrical components are mainly selected from Schneider brand; the grinding head motor is a 0.75Kw Tianyang motor, equipped with a frequency converter to drive the precision spindle grinding head. The hydraulic system adopts Taiwan joint venture brand components, featuring low noise and stable pressure, and integrates a hydraulic cooling device to improve the durability of the system. All products have passed strict quality inspection before leaving the factory.
