Polyurethane enamel wire can be directly soldered. The most outstanding characteristic of this wire is the possibilty to have the efficient and safe contact of the wire ends by fast and easy solderability with a solder pot with temperature from 360-450 °C without prior mechanical removal of the insulation film. This type of enamelled wire fulfills the requirements of modern high speed winding technology with large quantity and high speed output product.
