This transformer DC resistance tester is a new generation of rapid testing instrument integrating magnetization testing,
three-phase testing (Yn, Y, Δ), and demagnetization functions. It is an ideal device for measuring the
DC resistance of large power transformers.
1. It can test Yn, Y, and Δ windings using three-phase measurement methods and calculate the three-phase imbalance rate.
2. The test power supply has a maximum output current of 20A and a maximum test range of 25kΩ, meeting the testing needs
of most transformers. Furthermore, it integrates magnetization and demagnetization functions to meet various on-site testing
requirements.
3. During the test, it can automatically calculate the resistance change rate within 5S, 15S, and 30S, assisting testers in judging
the stability of test data and preventing misreading.
4. The instrument has multiple protection functions, including back EMF protection, line break protection, and power
failure protection.
