Wandafu Polyester Staple Fiber Nonwoven Geotextile for Sand Filtration and Soil Reinforcement and Road

     Non-woven geotextile (also known as nonwoven geotextile) is a permeable geosynthetic material made from synthetic fibers (e.g., polyester, polypropylene, acrylic) or natural fibers through non-woven processes such as needle punching, thermal bonding, and chemical bonding.

3. *Environmental Aging Resistance: Synthetic fibers (e.g., polyester) exhibit UV resistance, acid-alkali corrosion resistance (stable within pH 3-11), and resistance to microbial erosion. Service life ranges from 5-10 years in outdoor or underground environments (extended to over 15 years for specially anti-aging treated products).

4. *Lightweight and Easy Construction: Light weight per unit area (common specifications: 100-800g/㎡), soft texture, and can be cut into any shape as needed. No complex equipment is required for laying, with efficiency far higher than traditional geotextiles (e.g., geomembranes, woven fabrics).

5. *Cost-Effectiveness: Simple production process (no spinning or weaving required) and high raw material utilization rate. Compared with woven geotextiles or composite geosynthetics with similar performance, the cost is reduced by 15%-30%, making it suitable for large-scale engineering applications.
