Product introduction
Hot melt adhesive is a plastic adhesive whose physical state changes with temperature within a certain temperature range, while its chemical properties remain unchanged. It is non-toxic and odorless, and belongs to environmentally friendly chemical products. Due to its solid nature, the product is easy to package, transport, store, solvent-free, and non-toxic; And it is highly favored for its advantages such as simple production process, high added value, strong adhesive strength, and fast speed.
Processing
The common processing methods for TPU hot melt adhesive include grinding, dissolution, and film coating
Features:
1.Excellent elasticity:
able to quickly return to its original shape within a wide range of deformation, with high elastic recovery rate, maintaining good elasticity performance for a long period of time, suitable for repeated expansion and contraction or bending scenarios, such as sports shoes soles and elastic fabrics.
2.Good abrasion resistance:
excellent abrasion resistance in both dry and wet environments, able to withstand repeated friction and abrasion, which can extend product life, commonly used in industrial conveyor belts, automotive interior parts, etc.
3.High Mechanical Strength:
The hard segment structure gives it high tensile strength, tear strength and impact resistance, and it is not easy to rupture or be damaged when it is subjected to large external forces, and it can be used in engineering plastic parts, sports protective equipment and so on.
4.Excellent chemical resistance:
it has good resistance to a variety of chemicals such as oils and greases, solvents, acids and alkalis, etc., and can work stably in the chemical industry pipelines, seals and so on.
