Equipment Overview
The automatic bottle arranging machine is the main supporting equipment of the BP-200 bottle packaging integrated production line. It is used for the automatic alignment, orientation and conveying of various plastic bottles, such as round bottles, square bottles and irregular-shaped bottles. It can be widely applied in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage industries, and can be matched with different automatic packaging production lines. The materials are manually added to the storage bottle bin for storage. The materials in the storage bottle bin will be automatically supplied to the turntable in a fixed quantity and at a set speed. The turntable supplies the bottles as required through rotation, removes the non-standard bottles, and the bottles are conveyed into the bottle arrangement track section. At the same time, the bottles are arranged in the same direction and enter the conveying track through a unique bottle flipper. The electronic control system conducts real-time monitoring and feedback through sensors in each part, meeting the requirements of fully automated operation, significantly reducing labor costs and avoiding losses caused by human factors.

This machine is a mechatronic device, which is easy to operate, simple to maintain and reliable in operation.
It adopts a fully Chinese interface touch screen and PLC microcomputer control system, featuring functions such as counting, setting working parameters, and display. Within the parameter range, adjustments can be made freely.
This machine is equipped with a bottle discharge quantitative control detection and overload protection device. The noise is less than 70dB.
Both the body and the material bucket are made of high-quality SUS 304 stainless steel, which is easy to clean and disinfect, and there are no dead corners throughout. Comply with GMP requirements.
By using an automatic bottle reverse mechanism and equipped with a bottle collection device, the production efficiency is greatly enhanced. This machine can adjust the speed of the bottle arranging tray and is equipped with a photoelectric detection switch at the outlet. If there is a bottle blockage, the motor of the bottle arranging tray will automatically shut down, and if there is a shortage of bottles, it will automatically start to feed bottles.
At the bottle outlet, there is an inverted bottle air-blowing device to blow out the inverted bottles and return them to the bottle arranging tray, ensuring that all bottles on the conveyor belt have their bottle mouths facing upwards and smoothly enter the next stage.
Large-capacity hoppers are adopted to increase the number of bottles added at one time and reduce the hassle caused by frequent bottle refills. And it has a no-bottle alarm function.
An automatic quantitative feeding turntable device is adopted to ensure the dynamic balance of the number of bottles in the bottle arranging tray and to guarantee continuous and stable bottle discharge.
This machine adopts a fully sealed structure, reducing contamination.
