This vehicle-mounted 750kV AC withstand voltage test platform consists of a base frame, SF6 gas reactor,
SF6 gas capacitor voltage divider, excitation transformer, frequency modulation power supply, and automatic
lifting device. The reactor and voltage divider are integrated using enclosed technology, resulting in a
compact structure.
It can be used for on-site AC withstand voltage testing of power equipment with voltage levels of 500kV and
below. In space-constrained locations such as pumped storage power stations and underground substations,
it can be used for point-to-point connection of test objects such as GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear).

a dedicated vehicle, enabling mobile deployment of testing capabilities.
2. Hydraulic Lifting System: Core components (such as reactors) are automatically raised and lowered via
the vehicle-mounted overvoltage platform, eliminating hoisting and manual handling, significantly improving
efficiency and safety.
3. Rapid On-Site Deployment: Testing can begin immediately after the hydraulic outriggers are leveled, eliminating
complex hoisting procedures and greatly shortening preparation time.
4. Fully Automated Testing Process: Automatic tuning and locking of the resonant point; one-click completion of
the entire process of voltage increase, timing, and decrease with preset parameters.
5. Remote Safe Operation: Supports fiber optic remote control, ensuring operators can complete tests from a safe
distance.
6. Intelligent Protection and Monitoring: Multiple real-time protections (overvoltage, overcurrent, flashover, etc.)
combined with key parameter monitoring and data recording ensure safe and reliable testing.
7. Reliable Grounding Guarantee: Integrated large-section grounding device and grounding detection function
to ensure reliable grounding of equipment during testing;
