Product Description
1. Structural features
The stainless steel drum mixer is mainly composed of agitator, motor, reducer, frame and hopper. It has a compact structure, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The mixer adopts a drum design, which enables the materials to be quickly mixed and evenly mixed during the mixing process. The rotating shaft of the mixer is made of high-strength stainless steel, which enhances the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the equipment. The motor is an important power source for the mixer. The use of high-quality motor materials ensures the stability and durability of the mixer. The reducer converts the high-speed rotation of the motor into low-speed and high-torque rotation, making mixing easier and more uniform. The hopper is the loading part of the mixer. It is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is convenient for cleaning and disinfection. There is a discharge valve at the bottom to facilitate the discharge of materials.
2. Scope of application
Food industry: used for mixing food materials such as flour, cocoa, coffee, condiments, additives, etc.
Chemical industry: suitable for mixing chemical materials such as resins, plastics, rubber additives, dyes, pesticide fillers, etc.
Pharmaceutical industry: mixing of Chinese and Western medicines, Chinese patent medicines and other pharmaceutical raw materials designed according to GMPS requirements.
Feed industry: mixing of powders, granules, additives and other materials in feed processing.
Agriculture: can also be used in the selection, shelling and impurity removal of grains, corn, beans, sesame and other crops.
