1. Structural features
The stainless steel U-mixer is mainly composed of agitator, motor, reducer, frame and hopper. It has a compact structure, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The mixer adopts a drum design, which enables the materials to be quickly mixed and evenly mixed during the mixing process. The rotating shaft of the mixer is made of high-strength stainless steel, which enhances the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the equipment. The motor is an important power source for the mixer. The use of high-quality motor materials ensures the stability and durability of the mixer. Q:1.How should this mixer be cleaned?
A:Products easily accumulate at the bottom of the U-shaped drum and between the spirals. We recommend using a neutral detergent (such as a pH 6-8 detergent) and high-pressure flushing or removing the spirals to clean any dead corners. Avoid using strong acids or alkalis, which can cause corrosion to the stainless steel.
Q:2. Can this mixer be adjusted for a specific voltage?

Q:3. What should I do if a malfunction occurs during operation?
