Product Description
Equipment Features:
The vertical drying room is made of high-quality steel, which is strong, durable and sturdy. The flip plates of the drying layer are made of stainless steel, which is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, increasing the service life by more than two years.
The combustion heat exchange chamber is separated from the drying chamber, and the flue gas and hot air travel independently. The hot air entering the drying chamber is pure and free of pollution, which improves the quality by more than 20%.
3. A wide range of fuels can be used, including wood scraps, coal, natural gas and gas.
4. All the hot and humid air on the top layer is completely discharged during the drying process. The dehumidification effect is excellent, and the color remains bright. This significantly reduces the discoloration caused by poor dehumidification, and the drying speed has been increased by 30% compared to the original.
5. The side of the drying room is equipped with a tempered glass viewing window to allow for continuous monitoring of color and moisture changes, preventing the bottom layer from being over-dried before removal from the box.
6. The furnace liner is made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel, which is highly corrosion-resistant, has high heat exchange efficiency and a long service life.
7. The heat exchanger is specially installed with inspection and maintenance ports to facilitate maintenance and the removal of accumulated ash.
8. The hot air outlet is equipped with adjustable air plates, allowing for convenient adjustment of the air volume and temperature. The air inlet of the drying box adopts a wide-screen design, ensuring uniform hot air distribution without dead corners.
The flap operating lever adopts a unique power-assist principle, making the operation light, flexible and reducing the labor intensity.
