The core principle of the double speed chain assembly line is to realize the smooth transportation and station stay of the workpiece through the differential transmission of the chain and the tooling plate, which has the dual advantages of efficient transportation and precise operation.
The foundation of the core structure
The utility model is mainly composed of a speed doubling chain, a driving device (a motor and a reducer) , a frame, a tooling board, a stopper and a lifting transplanting mechanism.
Double speed chain adopts special chain structure. Roller is installed on the chain link. The roller contacts the bottom of the frock plate and drives the frock plate forward when the chain moves.
Differential Drive Core Logic
The pitch of the chain and the diameter of the roller are precisely designed, and there is a fixed ratio between the running speed of the chain and the moving speed of the tooling plate (commonly 2 times and 3 times) .
The motor drives the chain to move at a constant speed, and the roller drives the tooling plate to transport the workpiece at a higher speed, which shortens the empty transportation time and improves the overall efficiency.
When the tooling board arrives at the designated station, the stopper lifts the fixed tooling board, the chain continues to run and the tooling board is stationary, and the worker can perform assembly, testing and other operations.
III. Key supporting mechanisms
Lifting transplanting mechanism: when the conveying direction needs to be switched or shunted, the lifting device lifts the tooling plate, and cooperates with the transplanting mechanism to realize lateral transfer or line change.
Positioning accuracy control: through accurate blocker positioning and chain tensioning device, to meet the needs of precision assembly.
Continuous cycle design: after the operation is completed, the stopper is released, the tooling plate is continuously transported with the chain, and returns to the starting end through the return line to realize continuous production.
