6-12tph SZLH420D feed pellet mill+double opening conditioner+retentioner
SZLH420D high grade ring die feed pellet mill is mainly used for large and medium sized feed mills producing kinds of granule feeds. The conditioning system could has many kinds of free combination and selection, all conditioner are stainless steel made and optional with longer jacket conditioner, normal single conditioner, double shaft different speed conditioner and longer high efficiency retentioner, the conditioning time could be as long as 3-5mins which improves the curing degree greatly of feed raw material and could be used for the production of various ruminant feed ,poultry and livestock feed, high grade pig feed and hard pellet fish feed.
Feature
1. Upgrading for feeding and conditioning system :
1) Stepless variable frequency control feeding system ;
2) The conditioner adopts the gear reducer direct transmission, which can choose the constant speed ratio according to customers' different raw materials, and also can switch the different speed ratio according to the different materials ;
3) The optimized design of the blade structure, rotating speed and lengthening of the cylinder can effectively prolong the curing time ;
4) Radial multi-point buffer steam inlet mode, steam added more evenly, greatly improving the maturity of raw materials ;
5) The inspection door of the conditioner adopts segmented cylinder big opening structure, so it is more convenient to ｒｅｐｌａｃｅ the blades ;
2. Energy efficiency of main drive increased by 15% :
1) It adopts direct drive and compensation type serpentine spring connection, the transmission efficiency is improved obviously ;
2) High precision CNC grinding technology is adopted for big gears and gear shafts to ensure transmission accuracy and stability and low noise ;
3) The thickened and strengthened gear-box has great bearing capacity and good stability ;
4) Full forgings processing of empty shaft and main shaft, long service life ;
5) The main transmission part selects the original imported high-quality bearings and oil seals, stable and reliable ;
3. Safe Intelligence, humanized design :
1) Conditioner, retentioner and pellet mill door cover are all equipped with safety protection device, automatic shutdown protection function will be in work when the inspection door cover is opened ;
2) New safety pin structure is adopted for more safety and stable running ;
3) The door cover and the discharging mechanism are designed as one, the sealing performance is reliable, and the leakage of steam and dust is greatly reduced ;
4) The pellet mill door cover is designed with stamping big arc without dead angle. It is convenient to clean and not easy to aggregate while enlarging feeding capacity ;

1) Screw feeder, conditioner, retentioner, the door cover are made of stainless steel wire drawing material, durable ;
