The system configuration can be divided into two main parts: the power conversion main circuit and the control circuit. The main circuit adopts an AC-DC-AC structure, including components such as rectifier, energy storage device, inverter, AC filter, and transformer.
1. Working Principle: The variable frequency power supply consists of two main parts: the power conversion main circuit and the control circuit. The main circuit adopts an AC-DC-AC structure, including rectifier, energy storage device, inverter, AC filter, and high-efficiency transformer components. Among them, the AC-DC part uses bridge rectification, which is softly started through an AC contactor to the rectifier, and then filtered by electrolytic capacitors to obtain stable current. Relying on the variable frequency control system, the variable frequency power supply selects IGBT as the switching element and uses Sine Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) to control the inverter, converting stable DC into AC with pulse width modulation output. The fundamental frequency of this AC is the required power output frequency. The pulse width modulation wave output by the inverter is filtered by the output LC filter circuit to produce sinusoidal AC power.
