The complete set of curtain wall accessories consists of glass spiders, glass connectors and other components, where glass spiders are important tools for connecting glass curtain walls.
Stainless steel glass spider kits can be divided into:
1. Four-arm glass spider (set): Includes four glass connectors and one adapter.
2. Two-arm glass spider (set): Available in 90° and 180° types, each including two glass connectors and one adapter.
3. Single-arm glass spider (set): Available in long and short types, each including one glass connector and one single-arm spider.
Common configurations:
Four-arm, three-arm, 90° two-arm, 180° two-arm, long single-arm, short single-arm, K-type arm, I-type arm, etc.
Point-supported glass spiders of various series can be classified as follows:
• By arm type: Four-arm, three-arm, 90° two-arm, 180° two-arm, long single-arm, short single-arm.
• Series H point-supported glass spiders (H230-250 adjustable).
• Series K rib-clamping glass spiders (Model K150, Model K150, Model K220, Model K220-1) and other specifications.
Installation of stainless steel glass spiders:
Before installation, check the thread tightness of each glass connector and the fit between the connector head and the rubber gasket one by one. First, install the front part of the glass connector into the fixed hole of the glass and tighten it. Ensure each glass connector is equipped with a complete gasket to isolate metal from glass, ensuring the stress-bearing part of the glass is surface contact, and lock the sealing ring for tight sealing.
