2. Common Types and Functions
• Elevating Flagpoles: Equipped with built-in/external flag ropes, they support manual or electric lifting, facilitating daily flag-raising and flag-changing. They are the most popular type currently.
• Fixed Flagpoles: Without a lifting structure, the flag is fixed at the top of the pole. They are suitable for scenarios where frequent flag replacement is not required (e.g., memorial signs).
• Tapered Flagpoles: The pole tapers gradually from bottom to top, with a simple and grand appearance and stronger wind resistance (capable of withstanding level 10-12 gales). Most are equipped with a 360-degree downwind ball top to prevent flag entanglement.
3. Mainstream Specifications and Suitable Scenarios
• 6-9 Meters: Suitable for schools and small enterprises, matched with No.1 or No.2 flags, with a moderate height that is not obtrusive.
• 10-12 Meters: Ideal for large enterprises, construction site project departments, and government squares, matched with No.0 or No.1 flags, featuring stronger visual identification.
